If my wife has filed 498a/504, etc and also maintenance case crpc 125, do i have to describe these even on the extension questions? if the Charge sheet is filed i should describe these or what? It is kind of very scary to describe these to the USCIS about what penal code 504 is and what penal code 506 is and all...Any ideas people who have gone through the same?

It is your employer/attorney's job to do the filing for extension.
amitsinha Posted February 12, 2014 Report Posted February 12, 2014 Did you face any RFE (query of any sort) during your visa extension? I understand there are delays and queries for stamping, but are there any for extensions with arrest background.
