L1B expiry date: Nov 15 2013 L2 I94 Expiry : March 2016 L1 I 94 Expiry : Nov 15,2013 L1B extension is in progress. I have applied for L2 EAD renewal in july 2013 based on my I94. I received an RFE to submit my spouse's approved Extension.I didnt respond yet as his ext is in progress. I called USCIS and the lady i spoke with raised a service request for an interim EAD and told me i should be getting some response in 5 days. Does this mean my interim EAD request is approved? What can be the response for the SR.... Link to comment
