Prevailing Wage Determination Received but

Hello all,

 

My employer has started the PERM application process on my behalf.

I received the Prevailing Wage Determination and my salary met the requirements.

My employer continued to move forward with the recruitment phase which started around July.

 

In the month of October my employer informed me that my performance was not up to par. In order to keep my job I have had to take a salary cut. My salary is now below the prevailing wage determination. 

 

How will my salary cut affect my application?
