I-94 status update not reflecting in Security of State offices

Hi,

 

My initial I-94 was given till my 06-Nov-13 but my Petition is valid till Dec-2015. I called CBP and had my I-94 corrected to the petition date in Aug. but the latest I94 is not updated in SOS records (Security of State). When I visited SOS for renewing my driver's license (expired on 6-nov-13 as per initial i-94), they mentioned that the I94 status update is not reflecting in their records. they asked me to check with Homeland security. I checked with CBP and they confirmed that the I-94 is updated in their records but CBP is also not sure why it was not reflecting with SOS. CBP officials asked me to check with SOS 

 

But SOS officials informed me that, They sent a query to dept of homeland, untill the updated I-94 is shown in their database or till they get the feedback from homeland security they will not be able to do anything. It is already been more than one and half months, no update from neither homeland nor CBP nor SOS.

 

Please suggest what should I do in this case.
