sagi85 Posted November 15, 2013 Report Share Posted November 15, 2013 Extension case filed in PP on Aug 21st Clock stopped on Sep 5th -- Received E-E relationship RFE and On the same day my client manager got an email with a questionaire to reply from USCIS Oct 1st -- clock started again after replying to the RFE Oct 7th -- clock stopped again and got RFE on employer control Nov 6th -- case changed to RFE response review after replying to the 2nd RFE Nov 14th -- Case has been approved Link to comment

I submitted the end client letter but did not submitted the Vendor Letter. They need vendor and work order of vendor and End client. Link to comment

anusha.n87 Posted January 6, 2014 Report Share Posted January 6, 2014 Case Type : H1B Extension Center:Vermont service center Transferred: California Service Center on december 23rd, 2013 Date Applied : July 23rd, 2013 Current Status: RFE processing: regular processing I am a civil engineer and i got my H1B aprooved for first 3 years from my direct employer. i am full time employee. i applied extesnion with the same employer. After 5 month 2 weeks USIS changed my case status from 'initial review' to 'RFE' today. I am still waiting fro the mail. Is anyone in the same boat who applied in july? can some one give me some suggestions of what to do? Link to comment
