ag623391
My employer showed more money on my H1B application than what he is paying me for and I got an RFE saying that paystubs differ from H1B application. What can I do? Please let me know this is urgent. I had applied for H1b extension. Link to comment

If yes, your employer's attorney would respond to that RFE. If employer or his attorney does not respond to RFE the only option you have is filing a complaint with DOL to be on the right side of law. As you are considered out of status if you draw a salary lower than the amount mentioned in LCA. Link to comment

JoeF
You need to get paid at least the salary listed on the LCA. Link to comment
