F1 has already expired a month ago. I am 4.5 months Pregnant. USCIS current processing date is June 27. Can I request USCIS to extend or grant me a permission to stay? Please advice for other alternatives. Appreciate your time and help!!! Thanks.

Are you done with your studies? If yes then if COS is denied then you need to exit and enter US with H4 visa.

Better to wait for an answer for your application unless his application is processed in premium processing. Why do you want to duplicate an application i.e. applying two times for COS from F1 to H4?
sudurais Posted June 21, 2014 Report Posted June 21, 2014 Hi Sai2013, Did you resolve this case ?. I'm on same situation. Currently on F1 (I can apply for OPT but i'm not considering OPT) and courses are ending by August end. I'm planning to apply for H4 this week. Your advice will help. Thanks.
