My situation: Currently working on H1B in company A, got a job in company B and they filed for H1B transfer. If the H1B transfer filed by company B not approved/ rejected, will that be a problem for me to continue working with company A.

If the H1B transfer filed by company B not approved/ rejected, will that be a problem for me to continue working with company A. As long as company A has not revoked your H1B petition you are fine.
