H1 B Transfer LCA

Hi ,

 

I am trying to get my h1 transfer from employer X, my consultant Y agreed to transfer my h1 and he filed for my LCA without client letter wiht address as in Texas in regular processing. Once i get a client letter form  say company Z in Southcarolina the LCA address is changed to clinet address Z

what are the chances of my h1 transfer going through (or) is it risky .Pleas help me out

You need client letter for H1 approval. And you cannot change the address on your petition if its under process.
