H1b visa got cancelled at Visa Interview,

Hi,

 

I am mahesh and my petition got cancelled at visa interview. VO didnt tell me any reason why they have cancelled my petiiton that has approved by USCIS.

 

I got one email after two weeks from US embassy Hyderbad and sent me one attacched refusal sheet. they mentioned in the refusal sheet like my petiiton should returned to USCIS with the recommendation that it be revoked.

 

My question is .. How long USCIS will take for revoocation and what are my chances to get H1B.. If any one facing same situvation kindly helpme.

They most likely gave you a denial code, 221-something.

Most likely your employer is shady.
