Permanent employement.

 

Applied on   31st october  

 

reciept date november 1st.

 

Approved  november  13.

 

 

Even my family I-539 also got approved. Its showing  post decision activity....iam abt to recieve documents.

Trying to get back to my attorney to know more on the RFE and hopefully he will reply back asap. Today is my last day at my current job since I was already on 2-week notice period. If I'll be out of status from tomorrow, then I'd have to request my current employer to keep me in status & payroll for a week more or so. :|
