H1futuristic
Hello Friends, What should be the smart reply for this que by VO 1) Why your pay stub/Actual salary(80K) is significantly higher than what mentioned in LCA(60K)? I was thinking to say like" Due to my work efficiency, my employer decided to raise my salary (Or pay me more) but the problem is I'm getting paid of 80K even before filed LCA..in that case what if VO go back & say since beginning, you're paid 80K not later! Please reply friends, I've my interview next week. Link to comment

jairichi
Hello Jairachi/Rahul, But what should be the truth, I mean if you can phrase it kindly! Ask your employer/attorney to find the answer. There are employers who agree to pay the legal minimum salary when filing LCA but later pay you more as it is their standard salary for that position.
