Electronic i94 and paper i94 after extention

My current VISA is getting expired on 15 Nov 2013 and i have electronic I94 till 15 nov 2013. However i have got my H1B extension approved .I have Paper I94 which is with petition and that starts from 16 Nov 2013 with same number as that of electronic I94 . But electronic I94 does not reflect the new dates. Do i require to do anything? Is this legal and valid situation? any action is required?

I believe you should be fine. But, talk to your attorney.

Nothing to worry. Your paper I-94 will take precedence. Only thing you need to keep in mind to return this new paper I-94 to the ticket counter while going out of US. On return to US, you will again get new electronic I-94.
