B2 Visa for Parents - Proof for strong ties

Hi,

 

My husband has applied for visitor's visa(B2) for my parents.

 

I am the only child to my Parents.

 

Can the below reasons be sufficient to show they have strong ties in india?

 

1. They have their own house

2. My father is retired and gets pension

3. All my relatives in India

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

1& 2 are good. 3 is not a valid reason at all. My in-laws got their visas with reasons 1 and 2 and no sponsorship & no documents were asked by VO.
