Will Online Masters help in porting Eb3 - eb2?

I have B.Sc (IT) 3 yrs from India and my company is processing GC in Eb3.

I have few questions around this, and will be of great help if I get answers on them.

 

1. Will i be eligible for EB3 with 3 yrs degree and 14 yrs exp?

 

2. I am studying Online master's in aspen university and will be completing by next year. Will that help me to port the case from Eb3 to Eb2?

 

I know my position is eligible for eb2.

Hmm, your employer applied in EB3, that means your position is an EB3 position and NOT eligible for EB2.

The minimum job requirements are EB3, as is evident by the employer filing an EB3 case for you. Having an advanced degree doesn't change that.

And generally, you need to have a 4-year bachelor degree plus a Masters for EB2, anyway.
