Job offer on H4 visa bout model is EVC

Hello All,

At present I am on H4 visa. In 2009 my employer filed for my H1 visa it was consular processing, which was granted for just 8 month. I didn't work during that time frame and maintained my H4 status.

Yesterday, I got a job offer and client want me to start immediately. Since I am out of quota my employer is filling fresh H1 next week in premium. But I am very worried as model here is Employer-Vendor-Client....what shud I do? I have read so many people visa's are rejected in India for stamping.

Good thing in my case is client is providing all the documnets and client letter at the time of H1 filling and in future there are chances that client might sponsor my H1. Seriously, expert please let me know whether I should take this job now or wait for another 1 year to start once I get EAD?

Please share wht will be the consequences if I accept job on this model..
