Please help: H4 Visa docuements, Process to take appointment & Sponsor Time

Dear Friends,

 

I'm on my H1B & have stamping in 2 weeks.

 

1) Just wondering if you guys let me know all detail docs req'd to sponsor H4 Visa.

 

2) Detail process & website to take an appointment @ Mumbai & how soon my wife can come to US.

 

3) I heard H4 Visa is pretty straightforward to approve first time? Please suggest any precautions for Visa if req'd.

 

I'd truly appreciate your help in advance as I was able to collect only few info.
