URGENT HELP-RFE ON APPROVED I-140 AFTER 7 YEARS

I have my case filed in EB2 Catagory with priority date of Feb 2007. I did not receive my green card once this data became current in August 2013 visa bulletin. I did congressional inquiry.

 

However, now USCIS is questioning that I have 3 years degree from India and does not qualify as bachelor degree and asking support from my previous employer.

 

What can be done in this situation. I have moved on to different employer using AC21.

 

Any expereince using Indian 3 years bachelor degree for EB2. I have passed CA exams from India and CPA from USA.
