When we applied for the baby's US citizenship at the US consulate, they rejected saying that, my wife does not full fill the condition of five year physical presence in US. I am in US on Green Card. Can any body suggest me what is the best way to deal with this situation, how can i bring my baby to US...? wise suggestion is much appreciated. Link to comment
