Visitor Visa for in laws but in the middle of change of employer

Hi Folks,

 

I am about to invite my in laws for visiting us and planning to send them for Visa this month.

But i am in the middle of changing the employer and so is my H1. Do you think i should use my current employer and send the supporting documentation or wait till the everything is finished. But the thing if i proceed now then by the time the interview is  over there may be a chance that i may not be with the current employer?

 

can you please suggest your valuable advises.
