iCert down + LCA cannot be filed by Lawyers- need alternative solution

I have my H1B extension approval from company A up to 9th year from 2013 through 2016 (140 approved). I have received a job offer end of september / early october with company B but they have not been able to file for my LCA due to govt shutdown and now iCert portal being down through Nov 1st.. 

I noticed that LCA iCert will now be down unfortunately until Nov 8th and Nov 11th is a federal off. 

Does anyone / attorney know whether LCA can be submitted in parallel via fedex rather than using the online system to accelerate the process? I am getting very concerned about my offer with Company B due to all these delays. Please provide any advise.

icert website is up and running. hopefully your attorney will be able to apply for your LCA today.

venki - any updates at your end on the LCA with new employer and your H1b with old employer in PP?

My new employer filed for H1B on Nov 8th with CP. My curren petition got RFE on the same day. I dont know detials yet. I will update once i get more info.

Oh thats great, atleast you got the LCA certified and applied for H1B already. Good luck with the RFE, i am sure u will get through that hurdle too.

My LCA has been filed as well. When was yur LCA applied / filed and when did u get yur approval? I am just wondering whether it took 7 days or 10 days for yur LCA certification.

my LCA approval took 2 weeks and then my employer took 4 days to sign the LCA before my attorney could mail the docs to USCIS.

My LCA came in on 11/14, put my notice down today, last date with current employer is on December 2nd. 

My new employer start date is December 9th. 

Is the gap of 4 days between december 3rd - december 6th not being on any payroll okay?
