chaitu996 Posted October 31, 2013 Report Share Posted October 31, 2013 My wife's H1 got denied (10/30/2013) and her OPT extension in pending (applied on 09/20/2013) Can she work until a decision on OPT ? Will H1 denial impact OPT extension? Also she need to travel to India in 2 weeks. Can she go for stamping while OPT extension in pending ? What are other possible options ? Please advice I am on 7th year of H1 with 140 approval. What are chances I get stamping in India ? My employer direct vendor to client Link to comment
