I have applied for my spouse change of status from L2 to H4. Currently It is in pending state. She is now planning to visit India in Nov 2013. Can she travel to India and go for H4 stamping before returning to US? Or will the Change of Status application will be considered as abandoned ? Please advise. Thanks Ravi. Link to comment
