My 6years was done is Sept2013. I have an approved I140 from Company A. I had applied for H1B renewal with company A and got a one year extension till Sept2014. I am trying to switch job and move to Company B. If my H1 is approved/gets approved with company B till Sept 2014, would the company B have to start immediately my GC process immedietly or they can use my approved I140 from employer A to file for my H1 extension in Sept 2014. Any help or advice is greatly appreciated.
