I-94 Online wait period

Hi,

 

I went to Canada for visa stamping and came back to US last wednesday. I tried to access the I-94 informtion online but it is saying "Not Found". Is there any wait period before I can access the I-94 info?

Did u came by land or air..? I came by land I am still not able to retrieve it. It's almost 2nd week mid.

Hi Renquiry...Are you able to retrieve your I-94 online yet? I am still getting "Not found" message

guys not having I94 will become a serious issue in future so contact a local CBP office.

 

i read on the CBP websie about I 94 and it is mentioned that you should have your I94 available with 24 hrs. you can start working for your new employer but will have show proof by the end of 1st month with new employer. if you went for stamping and did not recieve a new I94, then you can use the I94 attached with you I797 form, but you still have to update your info to a local CBP office so that you will not have to go through showing proof of your entry and exit.

 

also contact your company attorney for help before you decide to do anything about it.
