rajusaforum Posted October 28, 2013 Report Share Posted October 28, 2013 Hello, My wife and two kids came to US on H4 (I was on H1) and their H4's were amended when I transferred my H1 to new employer. Recently on 1-Oct-2013, my wife status was changed from H4 to H1. My Question is: Do H4's of my kids require amendment now since their H4's were amended last time along with my wife's H4?
