the 15-day Premium Processing clock stopped -- attorney didn't received any notice, no update

My premium procesing clock stopped for H1 extension on Oct 11 and till today (oct 21) there is no update. I am tensed what's happening. Here is the status it shows. Can somebody let me know what this means ? The attorney didn't received any notice via email/fax.

What is the filing date for premium processing on your case?

 

My receipt date is 10/02 and it is still in "Accepting" status (22 days and counting)..
