EB2 Elgibility for B.Sc(Maths) + M.C.A + 5years exp

hi,

 

i have done B.Sc Maths - 3 years + MCA - 3 years

I have a one year gap in my education after B.Sc  before joining M.C.A, i have done a part time diploma and part time job during that time.

I have 5+ years of experience in IT without counting the part time jobs

 

My job description says Masters with 2 years exp or bachelor with 4 years exp is required.

Currently on L1B Blanket

 

Please suggest if i am eligible to apply for GC under EB2

For EB category GC they consider min requirement for eligibility. So in this case I guess this will be EB3.

You have 3 year degree. Problem !!!  You basically have BS.

 

YOU are not eligible to file for anything.  IF your employer chooses to file, his attorney will advise of the proper filing category.  Yours is fuzzy.  Your experience cannot be with same company as filing.
