Traveled out of the country after H1B Approval and recived new I-94

My H1 was approved with start date of October 1st. My OPT expires on Dec 10. I traveled to INDIA and returned on September 6. I got a new I-94 online. Should I amend it? Since my I-94 on H1 and the new I-94 online does not match.

Firstly you made a mistake travelling out of the country during the change of status.

 

You should have return back to USA with a H1B stamping.

 

I suggest you to check with the attorney and see what should be done. Check with your attorney and see if your H1B is still valid.
