stevvv Posted October 18, 2013 Report Share Posted October 18, 2013 when my H1 got approved in April , my employer filed LCA in state X i have always been working on state Y , he did b/c my project was until sept - should this be updated before i go for stamping how long it takes for LCA to update ? i have also 10 k difference which is less in LCA vs what is in offer letter ? should that be updated as well Link to comment

Shutdown began....Now its re-opened, does all immigration attorney here expect a big delay than 7 business days? Link to comment
