Processing time for PP amendment rfe after response

PP clock started: 2 sep

PP amendment clock stopped on rfe: 12 sep

Rfe responded: 10 oct

Clock started again: 11oct

Current status:Initial Review

Can you please tell me whether 15days clock will again restart from beginning from 11oct? Basically at this stage when can I expect confirmation on my application.
