Stay in US beyond H1-B and I-94 date

Hi

 

My passport was stamped for H1-B visa and the expiry date was May 25, 2013.

 

However, I recaptured some of the dates and got an Approval notice with an expiry date of November 15th, 2013.

 

I went to India for 2 weeks in May and got my I-94 admit date till May 25th, 2013.

 

I did not get my Perm approved, and don't think it will be approved before Nov 15, 2013. I will not be able to work after Nov 15th, 2013.

 

Please let me know how many more days beyond November 15th, 2013 I can stay in US after the H1-B expiration date on my approval notice?

If it is mentioned in your I94 "admit date till May 25th, 2013", isn't your I94 expired and you are accumulating illegal presence in US?

You can apply for a 1 year extension if your perm in still pending. Check with your attorney

When did u apply for your perm ???

Now everyone is receiving the approvals who submitted their files in March 2013
