lsm08
Hi My passport was stamped for H1-B visa and the expiry date was May 25, 2013. However, I recaptured some of the dates and got an Approval notice with an expiry date of November 15th, 2013. I went to India for 2 weeks in May and got my I-94 admit date till May 25th, 2013. I did not get my Perm approved, and don't think it will be approved before Nov 15, 2013. I will not be able to work after Nov 15th, 2013. Please let me know how many more days beyond November 15th, 2013 I can stay in US after the H1-B expiration date on my approval notice? Thanks. Link to comment

If it is mentioned in your I94 "admit date till May 25th, 2013", isn't your I94 expired and you are accumulating illegal presence in US? Zero days. Link to comment
