F2 to H4 and stamping questions

My wife changed her status to H4 from an F2 status and she is traveling to India. I understand that she needs to get her H4 visa stamped.

Please let me know the mandatory documents required for stamping.

She needs a copy of all your H1B documents including your I797 and latest pay stubs.
