MeTooBad Posted October 15, 2013 Report Share Posted October 15, 2013 I have Green Card, 6 yrs ago, I had 2 CIMT within 4 years apart, I was put on removal proceedings when I entered the country last time. I have my attorney suggested that would apply for Cancellation of removal proceedings in the beginning and now attorney decided to apply for I-130/I-485 through my Citizen spouse. Spouse has received Green Card as a dependent to me through my employment. Which route has better chance without denial. Link to comment
