Regarding Work History Question in DS 160

Hi,

 

In the section where we enter out work history, do you have to enter the work we have done in India as well?

 

I am currently working, and I also worked during my Masters as graduate assistant. Do I have to enter that as well?

 

Before MAsters I worked for a MNC for an year. Should that also be entered?

 

Please suggest.

Every job you worked in any part of the world has to be mentioned.

You don't need to enter the job that you did during your masters as a graduate assistant. ( You are a student during this period ie your primary occupation is of a student )

In DS-160 you are asked to fill up your employment in the last 5 years. So, any company you worked after or before your masters in the last 5 years has to be mentioned.  They only want to see what you did in the last 5 years.
