Do you understand that it is an RFE? And, if USCIS is not happy with your response (especially when you say your role is different now) there is a possibility of denial of your extension petition? Pay a fee and get help of an attorney.

It should be in your company's current documentation.

 

You need a different employer if their HR department is asking you to do their job.

PS.  A "computer programmer" position does not require a 4 year degree.
