Is Stamping Required again if we change client

I have a quick question. I work for Client X and get stamped. Would stamping be required if I change to Client Y. I work in the Employer - Vendor - Client Model.

If you current visa is valid, then you won't need new visa. Moreover you need new visa only at POE, not when you are in US.

In this case, you need H1 amendment.

No need of stamping again. But you need to file for H1 amendment and you need to get a new LCA showing your new client location.
