sri6589 Posted July 18, 2011 Report Share Posted July 18, 2011 Hi, My wife is on h4 status valid until 2012 so i applied cos h4 to h1b on may 05 2011 and we got approval on june 16 2011 with I-94 but my question..in between this tranfer process my wife went to india on may 12 2011 and came back on june 08 2011. This will effect her h1b visa? or is it ok she came to usa before h1b got approved? Please anyone share me any expericances if your in same boat. Link to comment
