I got the offer from one of the State Government Leader to hire me in his department in the following year. My question is that "Can State govt. file/transfer my H1b" or "Do I need Green Card or Can State Govt. hire me with the processing of Green Card" and "Do I need any particular level of job title to be hired from the State Govt."...???
