H1 approved after receiving the GC

In June 2013 I had applied for my H1 renewal. Since my PD was current, got my GC in September first week. Also in October got email that H1 was approved on Oct 1. I had informed my attorney after I got my GC. Looks like they had not taken any action to revoke/withdraw H1 renewal.

Will this H1 approval has have any negative affect on my GC?
