My current SOW/PO between my employer and prime vendor expires on Dec 31st 2013. I have plans to visit India in December. I transferred my petition to this new employer 6 months back which was issued till mid of 2015. The visa issued with my ex employer is expired. So, I need to go for Visa stamping. Is there a chance for rejecting my visa application due to the status of my SOW? Should I prefer going to Canada for my visa stamping before that? Please suggest Vishwa Link to comment
