DS-160 H-4 concerns

Hi All - 

 

I submitted my DS 160 form for H-4 visa this week and have the following questions:

 

1. In travel information tab - I mentioned Trip payer's address to be my Spouse's home(India) address but in other places where it was asked for US address - I had my spouse's US address rightly mentioned. Will this be an issue and would it require me to start a new DS160 form or can this case be explained to Visa officer if asked ?

 

2. My appointment confirmation form has my first name and last name interchanged. My DS160 form is exactly the way it is in the passport. I messed it up in visa appointment profile. Can this be fixed on biometrics day or should I cancel the appointment and work with VFS helpdesk.

 

Would really appreciate if anyone can take some time to answer above queries
