ponnam5253 Posted October 11, 2013 Report Posted October 11, 2013 Hi, I am in Jamaica for my visa Stamping, got approval from VO and Visa Status is "Ready" even after 5 days and passport is not ready. I attended interview on Monday, VO told i was approved for stamping and took my passport. Later when I went for pickup on wednesday, they told my application was in Admin process and they cannot give any time line when I can get my passport. Got the following at the CEAC website, Status of my visa application. Status is "Ready" Case Creation Date: 07-Oct-2013 Status Updated Date: 08-Oct-2013 Your case is open and ready for your interview, fingerprints, and required documents. If you have already had your interview, please check your status after two business days. If no interview was required, please check back in two business days for the status of your application. Anyone with same issue in past or present, please help me out with timelines or suggestions. What does all the above mean?....Any steps to proceed?...
