H1b transfer with approved I140

Hi all,

 

Heres is my situation

 

1) I have an approved I140 from my current employer with PD Nov 2012.

2) I have a full time offer from the current client,

 

3) If i accept the offer, will my PD be saved?

4) The current company will be applying for h1b transfer ? after which I can resign with the current one? 

5) Also, what all documents are good to have before resigning with the current employer? I have the I140 conf page. I heard some other documents are also must to have.

 

Please provide a clear picture as I need to decide upon the offer in few days. thanks in advance

your PD will be retained unless your previous employer revoked on fraud basis...your new employer can also file for your H1 transfer + extension....join them only after the H1 approval...get the Experience letter from your previous employer.

also make sure that your new employer is willing to applying for your perm as soon as you join them. please read about perm.
