Can i port dates of Family based GC to employment based GC

Hello Friends,

 

I have question, my sister filed family based GC in 2009 and now my employer filed employment based GC(EB2) -Aug 2013 priority date. Can you please let me know if i can port dates of family based GC  to employment based GC.
