H1 B Amendment

I have applied for H1 B while working at one of the client location and it was approved. Later moved to another location (same state) but same client. 

 

 As we provide client location in LCA, Do I need to go for H1 B amendment now??

H1B Amendment is done whenever there is a "Material change"  such as Job duties,Job title, Salary etc.

 

There days Change of Client location (or) change to new client is also termed as a Material change.

 

 

In your case you need an H1B Amendment as well.
