PD : 02/20/2013 PERM is in audit now and think it will be pending even after 02/20/2014. I am thinking of the following options : 1. Change to H4 status on 11/28 and apply for 7th year H1B extension though my current employer (A) and get back to H1B through COS? 2. Change to H4 status on 11/28 and apply for 7th year H1B extension though another employer (B) and get back to H1B through COS? 2.a. Can employer B file H1B with my oct, nov pay stubs? 2.b. What is the earliest date employer A or B can file for H1B extension? Do they need to wait till 02/20/2014? 2.c. If I start working for employer B, then what will be the situation for the 8th year? Again will I fall in the same situation? PERM might not be approved within 365 days after employer B files it. 3. What other options do I have? Thanks for all the replies. Link to comment
