mpalaparthi Posted August 30, 2011 Report Share Posted August 30, 2011 Hello Friends, My company had filed for H1 on june 9th and a month and half later I got a conf. # and after that I have been getting the status in uscis.gov as "Initial Review". As this is the 2nd month after I receive my conf. #. Is there any Issue and hence the process is delayed??? Please advice Thanks Link to comment
tusharvk Posted August 31, 2011 Report Share Posted August 31, 2011 you need to only check if they are reviewing cases before or after your receipt date. don't worry until they have started processing cases beyond your receipt dates. Link to comment

niko Posted September 8, 2011 Report Share Posted September 8, 2011 I think checking numbers before and after yours are not reliable to predict when your application might get processed since you don't know which ones are PP and which are regular applications from those numbers. Link to comment
