Travel to India before H1B Expiry

Hello All,

 My current I-797, and H1B Visa stamping expire on 14 Feb 14. I need to go to India for a month, and return to US on 15 Dec 2014 . My company haven't applied for Extension. I am Planning to apply for extension after coming back from India.

Do you see any major issues/concerns while coming back to US at POE

No issues..your company can apply for your H1 extension after you are back.
