Prime Vendor Letter/Experience Letter from previous employers

Hi Guys,

 

I will be going for H1-B stamping in India in November and am kind off stuck at an issue related to the required documents and would appreciate some feedback to get me through:)

 

For about a year now, I am now a direct Full-Time employee of company ABC. For about 1.5 years before that, company ABC was my client and I was an employee of desi-consulting company XYZ and the prime vendor was 123.

 

From company XYZ I have an experience letter that only mentions dates of employment period, the position I held, and that I was a Full-time Employee. Should the experience letter list the duties that I performed while working at the client's location or this should suffice? 

 

I do not have any specific experience letter or anything from the Prime Vendor that I got after I left them. Can I use the letters that the Prime Vendor gave me while filing for H1-B and its extension? OR I need to get a full-fledged experience letters from prime vendor and the des-consultancy?

XYZ's exp letter is good. You won't need any letter from prime vendor..having that wouldn't hurt though. Just carry all your H1 related docs of your present employer
